We are registered with the IND and recruit candidates from abroad to local customers on the basis of the 'Kennis Migranten Regeling'.
Inventheon selects its candidates on the proper training, appropriate cv, the required skills and a clear motivation of the candidate in line with the requirements of the customer. Looking for a candidate for some functions is more than an assessment of the CV and an interview with the candidate. On request we can draft a Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) prepared by the candidate or, after consultation, a personal assessment.

We will only propose candidates to our clients after the candidate agrees to previously discussed conditions, such as salary, availability, etc. To our customers we try to be as clear as possible in skills and objectives and costs of the candidate before an interview, In this way, difficult discussions may be avoided.
